The incredibly talented, singer-songwriter Robert Schwartzman, also known as the frontman for the Los Angeles-band Rooney, recently released his first solo debut album, “Double Capricorn,” to support the terrific, non-profit humanitarian organization, the Tibetan Healing Fund.

Founded by Robert Schwartzman’s friend, Tibetan Monk, Kunchok, the Tibetan Healing Fund helps Tibetan women and children in rural villages receive primary healthcare and education. After Robert returned from Tibet last year, he was so moved by Kunchock’s humanitarian work that he decided to donate all proceeds from his album, including licensing and touring revenue, to the Tibetan Healing Fund.
“It brings me so much happiness to take something I love to do, write and record music, and use that music for an important cause like the Tibetan Healing Fund. I’m excited to perform these new songs and share them with everybody,” Robert says.
