Warren Haynes, vocalist and songwriter of Gov’t Mule and longtime member of the Allman Brothers Band, has launched his very own iPhone app with guitar instruction.

The app, which features note-by-note transcriptions, chord arrangements, and tablature songs, allows users to learn new Gov’t Mule songs, including “Broke Down on the Brazos,” “Railroad Boy,” “Frozen Fear,” “Gordon James,” and “Forevermore.”

The tracks are from the band’s album, “By a Thread.”
