Vedder and Maines will perform acoustic sets at the Voices for Justice rally for Damien Echols, Jason Baldwin and Jessie Misskelley, convicted of murdering three eight-year-old boys in West Memphis in 1994.

Truth & Salvage Co.‘s Tim Jones has filed a lawsuit against Marriott Hotel Corporation following the singer’s arrest earlier this year for trespassing in his own hotel room. Jones, who was a registered guest at the Marriott in Visalia, California, claims he was “shaken awake and ripped from his bed” by hotel security and police while sleeping. So much for your “home away from home.”
